Gran Turismo Sport: Toyota GR Supra Racing Concept (Test Drive & Review) | Supra vs. FT-1

We've seen the teasers, the spy shots, and concept studies, but this year, Toyota and BMW are adamantly making a statement: the Supra is coming back. Leading this celebratory charge is Gran Turismo Sport, as they've introduced the Concept Racing model of the new Supra, built & tuned by their homeland in-house skunkworks facility Gazoo Racing. With about 600 horsepower from it's BMW-sourced 3.0-liter Twin-Turbo Straight-6, the GR Supra is set to take the Group 3/GT3 racing series in GT Sport by storm. Handling: It might be one of the best Gr. 3 racing cars in this game as of late, next to the Porsche 911 RSR and BMW M6 GT3. It's definitely lighter than the BMW, but it puts the power down more readily than either two of the cars. It doesn't handle as precisely as the FT-1 as I think that thing has better downforce since it sits lower than the Supra, but with the extra power and just enough downforce, it's slightly better than its fictional Vision GT counterpart.
