Elfin 2,49 cc Diesel,replica... after rebuild ...made by Ergo or CS?

This is also a very nice engine.Its a replica (shame) of the wel known engine.It was build in the early 1950.It has a great power to weight ratio and reability.Thats why it was very popular, mostly for control line flying in England in its glorius days. I have the replica,and of course,somthing was wrong with it.After degumm it,I find out,that the big end of the conrod was compleet worn out.The reason for this was that the rear cover was not deep enough in the crankcase,and with the combination of a lot axial movement in the crankshaft, it just run on only 50 % of the crankpin surface.The engine was almost new! A new rod was quick made and on the laith I turn of the rear cover to make sure,that its almost next to the pin.Its also improof performance...and I was also lucky,because the crankpin was stil oke. You can see,it runs very very wel with a 8X6 prop.A lot of power.So if you get a CS engine,it can be bad or a great runner....kind of luck,.. Sombody help me identificate the engine,because I was not sure,hoe make it........and sombody do,Thanks Annette!
