Since then Porsche has added the GTS, GT4 and Spyder with the flat-six but for the main production cars these are the last of an era. The Boxster, Boxster S, Cayman and Cayman S were sold as a 981 for only a few short years. The prices of these cars have gone up over the past year due to desirability and the fact they have either the base 2.7L 6-cylinder or 3.4L 6-cylinder.
