This is 1 of 4,000 original Lotus Cortina Mk2's produced between 1966 and 1970, in a partnership between Ford and Lotus. The chassis and body is Ford Cortina, and the 110-HP 1.6L Twin-Cam engine, gearbox, and suspension tuning is by Lotus. The immediate predecessor to the famous Escort, the Lotus Cortina was a rare homologation special for under-2000CC Trans-Am, and touring car racing, not to mention rallying.
