BMW S1000R 0-200 acceleration, top speed & playing with E60 and F10 550d
FB: https://www.facebook.com/VToldsChannel 2014 BMW S1000R on a highway night ride, doing acceleration from 0-100 kmph (0-60 mph) and easily achieving top speed of more than 250 km/h (remember that it's a naked bike). A bit of riding on a highway and in the city where I met BMW 550d F10 that - after my slow start - decided to try to race. Quick work and he didn't want to race anymore. Riding S 1000 R is a pure joy! Motorcycle is equipped with Akrapovic slip-on exhaust. Recorded with GoPro Hero 3 Black Edition in 1080p/60 fps.
About BMW S1000R
The BMW S1000R is a naked motorcycle manufactured by BMW Motorrad since 2014. It is based upon the S1000RR superbike with which it shares its engine, gearbox, frame and suspension. The detuned inline-four engine from the S1000RR is optimized for low to mid range performance and delivers a maximum output of 118 kW (158 hp; 160 PS) at 11,000 rpm and maximum torque of 112 N⋅m (83 lbf⋅ft) at 9,250 rpm.
