[RAW] Lap 691.5, Baby Stepping the Nordschleife to the Limit

Driven in 2015.04.02, Vehicle: Standard Rent4Ring Suzuki Swift Stage 2 Laptimes (Calculated): BTG 8:38, IP 9:14, Full 9:21 Expat in Germany for 6+6+6 months, with a personal objective of driving the Nordschleife as much as humanly possible (TF weekends only). Why? It is the Nordschleife, the most difficult, most dangerous, the most... awesome challenge! But to learn it one needs to respect it, and car control shall not be under the slightest doubt. Therefore, let's start with a FWD... Objective: drive as much as possible, reaching lap times as fast as the car can (benchmark from Fredy Lienhard, rental company owner and professional race driver, inc. VLN). All in a very calm, mechanically gentle, consistent and tire saving manner (endurance-like). Quick stats of an addiction: - Possibly one of the drivers with most laps at the Nürburgring Nordschleife in the year 2014; - Possibly the Brazilian/SA driver with most laps at the Nürburgring Nordschleife; - Possibly R4R record of 43 laps in a day during a Touristenfahrten. Could do more, but had to change brake pads! :( - Marriage proposal at the Karussell; - During 712,5 laps: no engine over-rev, no damage caused to the vehicle whatsoever, never involved in an accident (although seeing many), only 2 spins that rendered two strong lessons (do not try to show-off oversteer at Brünchen on a drying track, and be mindful of cold tires at Hohenrain). PS: Half of the lap with A/C "On" :(
