A Fabulous Prize: Scott Brown’s Restored Camaro Stood out at the F-Body Nationals
Scott Brown successfully restored his father’s gorgeous 1981 Camaro Z28 after inheriting it in 1996. He had planned to strip id won and turn it into a resto-mod. However life got in the way and the car ended up stuck in the garage for several years. Several times, Scott came close to selling it, but his father had told him “If I give you something, you can never sell it.” The job started out as a rotisserie restoration, courtesy of Smitty’s Custom Auto in Tiffin, Ohio. “It’s all original panels – there are no replacement panels on the car…” Watch the video to hear more about this great project and how it all came together!
