This investment would value the company at $3 billion. Human Horizons, which owns the HiPhi brand, is looking to raise up to $1 billion from private investors. The company's HiPhi X model starts at about $78,330 and its least expensive model, the HiPhi Y, starts at around $46,740. Saudi Arabia's investment is part of its plan to develop a domestic electric vehicle manufacturing industry.
