2002 BMW Z8 VIN: WBAEJ13482AH61525 FUTURE BLUE CHIP CAR Highlights: The iconic modern successor to the BMW 507 1 of only 926  produced in 2002 Meticulously maintained with service records  14,200 original miles Desirable Triple-Black Color Combination Offered with Books and Manuals, Battery Tender, Front License-Plate Bracket, and Hardtop This exceptional one-owner local car has spent its life tucked away in the owner's garage or here at the Black Horse Garage climate-controlled storage facility. Technical Specification: 4,941 CC Type S62 DOHC V-8 Engine Bosch Motronic Sequential Fuel Injection 394 BHP at 6,600 RPM 6-Speed Manual Gearbox 4-Wheel Disc Brakes with ABS Independent Front Suspension with MacPherson Struts Independent Rear Suspension with Coil-Overs Jaws dropped when BMW teased the Z8 roadster at the 1997 Tokyo Motor show. While clearly embracing the legacy of the storied '50s-era 507 roadsters, the automaker carefully layered in levels of sophisticated engineering befitting a flagship vehicle. It's easy to see how the wide egg-crate grille and front fender ports invoke the 507's design, but modern headlights and a contemporary back end hinted at something more. Black Horse Garage has been the caretaker for the past couple of years. This garage-kept, well-maintained, one of 926 examples produced in 2002, is finished in jet black with a black leather interior. With fewer than 15,000 original miles, it includes the factory hardtop, the original accessories, and an accident-free clean Carfax. The vehicle has been fully serviced and detailed with no expense, including a nine-year ceramic coating using the European-based Gtechniq EXO products. Whether you're looking to add to a collection or want a unique weekend drive, this 2002 BMW Z8 fits the bill. Every model was mainly hand-built on a unique assembly line at the Munich factory. Accenting the Henrik Fisker-designed body are Xenon headlights and five-spoke 18-inch aluminum-alloy wheels. Inside, the crisp cabin features retro brushed aluminum or polished steel accents and welcoming black leather sport seats with individual six-way power adjustments. Driver-focused systems include satellite-linked navigation, a power-adjustable steering column, and a push-button start. Additional equipment includes air conditioning and a ten-speaker Harmon Kardon audio with a six-disc CD changer. About BMW Z8

The BMW Z8 is a roadster produced by German automotive manufacturer BMW from 1998 to 2003. The Z8 was developed under the codename "E52" between 1993 and 1999, through the efforts of a design team led by Chris Bangle from 1993 to 1995. The exterior was designed by Henrik Fisker and the interior by Scott Lempert. The Z8 originally was designed as a styling exercise intended to evoke and celebrate the 1956–1959 BMW 507. Prototypes were spotted testing between 1996 and 1999.
