The 2024 Mercedes-AMG CLE 53 Coupe ($80,900 starting in Canada, $72,800 starting in the US) is a new-hybrid powered replacement for the outgoing C and E-Class Coupes, aiming to bridge and blend the gap between the two models. It’s powered by a 3.0L inline six turbo engine, with hybrid assistance and an electric auxiliary compressor acting as a supercharger. This makes 443 horsepower and 443 lb ft of torque with the overboost function. The new CLE 53 also comes with lots of new tech like four wheel steering, the latest MBUX infotainment system, variable all wheel drive, and adjustable suspension. But is it worth the price?
