Honda Ruckus (big-bore CN250 290cc) crossing over 495

I barely get into the throttle --- took it easy on her.....Probably hit mid-60mph Genuine water-cooled 1992 Honda CN250 engine. Starts at 0:30 Good stuff starts at 2:00 4:30 to the end, I think, shows how much torque the CN250 power-plant produces - barely any throttle is required to maintain 35-45mph
