The brand new Tata Motors/Jaguar manufacturing facility opened up in record Time in Tamil Nadu.The new plant located at Panapakkam is the first-ever manufacturing unit in India dedicated to luxury models of Jaguar Land Rover. State Industrial Minister TRB Raja visited Tata Motors’ Jaguar Land Rover Luxury ICE & EV manufacturing facility in Ranipet district. TRB Raja said Tata Motors completed the new plant, costing around ₹9,000 crore, in ‘record time’ and it is expected to create “at least 5000 jobs”. The Cabinet Minister Raja further called Tamil Nadu the ‘No. 1 manufacturing hub’ in India with two massive car factories opening within 6 months.
