The new car is 98 mm longer, 44 mm wider, and 7 mm taller compared to outgoing model, which has a 28 mm longer wheelbase plus an increase in track width (+42 mm front and +34 mm rear). The boost in size generates a larger interior as well as a boot volume increase to 211 litres. Six all-new engines can be obtained for this Mini, 4 petrol, and a pair of diesels: two styles of a 1.2 litre three-cylinder petrol with either 75 bhp or 102 bhp, a 60 minute.5 litre 3-cylinder petrol with 136 bhp, (BMW B38 engine), a 2.0 litre 4-cylinder petrol (BMW B48 engine) who makes 192 bhp with the Cooper S, along with a 1.5 litre 3-cylinder diesel (BMW B37 engine) into two levels of power output: 95 bhp and 116 bhp (Cooper D), plus a 2.0 litre turbo-diesel inline-4 engine that creates 168 bhp (Cooper SD). These engines are mated using a choice of whether 6-speed manual, a 6-speed automatic, or maybe a 6-speed sports automatic gearbox. The Mini Hatch (stylized as MINI hatch, or MINI Hardtop within the US), often known as Mini Cooper, Mini One, or perhaps the Mini, is often a three-door hatchback first introduced in late 2000, that has a second generation launched in 2006 and also a third generation model launched in 2014. A convertible version has been around since 2004, together with the second generation following in 2008. The Mini Hatch was the primary model launched by BMW beneath the Mini marque as soon as the original Mini was discontinued in 2000. The new model built by BMW is technically unrelated for the former. The Mini is made in Cowley, Oxfordshire, UK, at Plant Oxford, and, since July 2014, at VDL Nedcar in Born, Netherlands. The mini convertible is, since 2015, only assembled in The Netherlands.
