Manually Overriding Shifter on Ford Econoline
This is a cutaway wheel chair lift van. The magnet to the door is malfunctioning causing the safety feature to prohibit you from putting van in drive or anything other than park. This is how you can override it on vehicles 2008 or newer. If it's older than that just turn key to the first notch, put van in neutral, then turn on the van.
