Mk 4 Zephyr - Cleaning up some surface rust in the passenger footwell.

Here's how I tidied up some surface rust in my passenger's footwell. There was clearly some surface rust there, but wasn't sure how much was hidden under a pretty sloppy paint over by the previous owner over 20 years ago. I thought the rust had never gotten any better or worse, and was right. the under side had been sand blasted so at least I knew I wasn't going to find any holes!
