In this video we discuss what we look at when buying a w126 Mercedes. Pay special attention to noises and knock from the front suspension. These cars use caster ball joints that do tend to need to be replaced every hundred thousand km's or so, though not particularly expensive they are a mission to replace so well worth checking for those noises on a bumpy road prior to agreeing on a price.
