Ferrari Vision Gran Turismo 2022 - REAL 1:1 Concept Car designed for Virtual Motor Sport World

The Ferrari Vision Gran Turismo 2022 is finally on display at the Galleria Ferrari in Maranello until March 2023. It's the real 1:1 Concept Car of the prancing horse's first vehicle destined for the virtual motorsport world available on the videogame Granturismo 7, Playstation platform, starting from December 23rd. I'm not in the virtual racing world, but the prototype I saw looks into the future with apparent stylistic features of the brand's DNA. So to celebrate Ferrari's 75th anniversary and the 25th anniversary of the release of the first GranTurismo videogame, the Italian car manufacturer closes the year with a futuristic project that reminds me of that UFO which was the extraordinary One-Off Modulo of the Pininfarina dated 1970. The design of the Vision GT is the work of the Ferrari Centro Stile, directed by Flavio Manzoni. It's a futuristic interpretation of the previous Ferrari 330 P3 and 512 S in the sports prototype car category. Theoretically, the mechanics imagined for the Vision GT see using the 3.0-Litre V6 Biturbo engine from the same family that powers the 296 GTB, 296 GTS, 296 GT3 and Ferrari 499P models, however, without regulatory restrictions. This would mean a power of 1030Hp at 9000 rpm with the addition of a further 330Hp (240 kW) guaranteed by three electric motors, one on the rear axle and one on each of the front wheels. An 8-speed dual-clutch F1 gearbox moves it. With an assumed weight of 1,250 kg, the car could accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in less than 2 seconds with a top speed exceeding 350 km/h. Yes, I know what you're thinking... it would be nice if they produced it in a minimal number of specimens, right? Si tratta della Concept Car reale, in sala 1:1 della prima autovettura del cavallino rampante destinata al mondo del motor sport virtuale disponibile sul videogioco Granturismo 7, piattaforma Playstation, a partire dal 23 Dicembre. Devo dirvi che non sono dentro al mondo delle corse virtuali ma il prototipo che ho potuto vedere sembra davvero uno sguardo verso il futuro con chiari stilemi del DNA del marchio. Così per Festeggiare i 75 anni della Ferrari ed il 25° anniversario dall'uscita del primo videogame GranTurismo, la casa automobilistica italiana chiude l'anno con un progetto avveneristico che mi porta alla mente quell'UFO che fu la straordinaria One-Off Modulo della Pininfarina datata 1970. Il design della Vision GT è opera del Centro Stile Ferrari diretto da Flavio Manzoni e si pone come una interpretazione futuribile delle precedenti Ferrari 330 P3 e 512 S nella categorie vetture sport prototipo. Teoricamente la meccanica immaginata per la Vision GT vede l'utilizzo del motore da 3.0-Litri V6 Biturbo della stessa famiglia che equipaggia i modelli 296 GTB, la 296 GTS, la 296 GT3 e la Ferrari 499P però senza restrizioni regolamentari. Questo vorrebbe dire una potenza di 1030Hp a 9000 giri/min con l'aggiunta di ulteriori 330Hp (240 kW) garantiti da tre motori elettrici, uno sull’asse posteriore e uno su ciascuna delle ruote anteriori. A muoverlo un cambio F1 ad 8 rapporti con doppia frizione. Con un peso ipotizzato sui 1.250 Kg permetterebbe alla vettura di accelerare da 0 a 100 Km/h in meno di 2 secondi con una velocità massima superiore ai 350Km/h. Si, lo so cosa state pensando...sarebbe bello se la prodicessero realmente, in un limitatissimo numero di esemplari, non è vero?
