1914 Model T Speedster | Electric Exhaust Cutout Install
It’s not everyday that you get the opportunity to work on a 108 year old car. For me, that was today. My buddy Ray wanted to install an exhaust cutout to give his 1914 Model T Speedster some of that good old exhaust roar, and I had the lift to get the car up over our heads. We cut out about 18” of the midsection to fit the cutout in place. The cutout had a 2” inside diameter and the current exhaust was 1 3/4” outside diameter. With the addition of some reducers we were able to join up the exhaust to the cutout and get it welded up. It does in fact sound menacing and with a push of a button can be slipped back into commuter mode. Thanks for watching! Products/Affiliate links: Help me out by purchasing from a link.
