1963 Piaggio Ape EV Conversion Part 2 Taking the Electric Converted Piaggio Ape (pronounced "Ah-pay") out for its first drive! The goal was to drive around until I drained the battery by 10%, then do some maths to determine the hypothetical driving range. This test ended up taking an hour due to the number of people stopping me to talk about the Ape!
