Bi Annual Microcar swap. Seasonal "changing of the guard"
Seasonal temperatures require changing of the Micro steed. Winter friendly Honda n600 gets put away while the Vespa 400 summer car comes out to play. The Vespa has been in storage since summer /fall 2012. I drove maybe 3 miles and immediately got pulled over by the OPC . (old parked cars) OPC wanted to do a photo shoot. So they did.
