MERCEDES W210 E230 1995 Engine Wiring Harness ( Repair )

Engine Type M111 111970 02 ( 111.970 ) Crumbling insulation on wires. This causes the bare wires to touch together ( shorting ) and gives rise to numerous electrical problems. ( mystery problems ). Many don't realise this and start diagnosing elsewhere. Use silicone wires. ( High Temperature Resistance ). Use cloth tape for insulation ( German style ). Finally encase the harness into plastic conduits ( Japanese style ). This is to protect harness from mechanical damage.
