An astonishing moment for us while departing the Amelia Island Concours on Saturday, as unexpected as riding the elevator with Brad Pitt or sharing a table at Shoneys with Aubrey Plaza: ALL midengine Corvette prototypes being street driven onto the property. This is a cropped video from our dashcam thus the lower quality. Seen here, with the first one being towed: 1959 CERV-I 1990 CERV III 1972 XP-895 1973 XP-897 GT Naturally there's a big even planned Sunday for the official unveiling of the production Corvette C8 so having the prototypes on hand was a given.
