Mini Tester Review: Fully-Built 105cc Supermini vs. Stock 85cc

#motocross In this video, we compare the stock 2025 GasGas MC85 Big Wheel against a fully built GasGas MC105 Supermini. The MC85 Big Wheel, with its 19-inch front and 16-inch rear wheels, offers a stable and capable ride straight from the dealership. However, when we add the MC105 Factory Supermini kit, FMF Big Bore exhaust, and WP suspension upgrades, the MC85 transforms into a Supermini race machine. We’ll explore the changes that come with the big-bore conversion, including the extra 20cc and how it affects power delivery and handling on the track. MXA’s Josh Mosiman will also dive into the ongoing debate between the 105cc and 112cc Supermini class, discussing the advantages of the more manageable 105cc kit in terms of reliability, cost, and ease of handling for most riders.
