Starting in retail, Wally held 12 roles over 20 years at General Motors in field and HQ leadership positions, followed by 12 years at Nissan as Regional VP and in HQ roles including aftersales and HR. As COO of NissanUnited (TBWA), he led advertising and field programs. Today, Wally runs a successful consulting practice, advising OEMs, industry partners, and large dealer groups. A passionate problem-solver, he drives innovation in the OEM-dealer ecosystem to boost customer experience and revenue. Dave O’Brien has built a career centered on people-driven performance, helping companies grow through stronger leadership and high-performing teams. With roots in the automotive industry, Dave’s focus on employee and customer experiences led to leadership roles at Resource Group (Aon) and work with global brands like Nissan, Avnet, Shamrock Foods, and Taser. In 2014, he founded a tech company to address customer journey challenges, and in 2020, he co-founded Quantum5, a learning technology company that grew over 150% YOY in its first four years. As Board Chairman at Quantum5, Dave partners with organizations to build thriving cultures that drive business success. Marc A Wolfe has been an entrepreneur and strategist for decades, with his career starting by taking photographs of Presidents and well-known authors, working with the NY Giants, and building an Apple-focused international support company before the iPod.
