#DiecastMafia #MercedesG63AMG6X6 #T-80tank On the bench today is a 1:43 scale Mercedes G 63 AMG 6X6 by Welly. This is my entry to the Diecast Mafia’s September challenge on the theme of tracks. The Mercedes G 63 AMG 6×6 is an SUT manufactured by Mercedes-Benz. It's a derivative of the six wheel drive Mercedes Geländewagen developed for the Australian Army. At the time it was the company's largest and second most expensive street-legal offroad vehicle. It was manufactured by Magna Steyr in Graz, Austria. In pop culture, the vehicle appears in the 2015 film Jurassic World and Grand Theft Auto V where it's called Dubsta 6x6. The G63 6x6 also appears in Forza Horizon 4 and returned in Forza Horizon 5. The T-80 is a main battle tank (MBT) that was designed and manufactured in the former Soviet Union. When it entered service in 1976, it was the second MBT in the world to be equipped with a gas turbine engine, and the first production tank to use it as a main propulsion engine. The T-80U was last produced in 2001.
