Wagon debut! B&H Fleetline 100 - Pukekohe, 15 Oct 2022
This is my first race in the brand spanking new wagon. 100 miles of the legendary Pukekohe circuit, as part of the B&H 500 weekend on 15 October 2022. I'm driving a 1998 BMW 323i Touring (M52B25 2.5L engine). It felt good out there... gaining confidence with each lap. I managed a 1:13.2 towards the end of the race. I qualified 13th for the rolling start and won the Standard Production 2001-3000cc trophy, and the Overal Standard Production Trophy. Woo! Thanks to my awesome sponsors Chris from 24 Red Racing, Glen from Futura Trailers... and my man-wife Warren, who I partnered with in the 500km race straight after this (in his car) and finished second. What a weekend. :-)
