If you are interested in purchasing the bike msg me on here and I will put you in contact. This bike definately feels much lighter and nimbler than any sport touring machine i've had. Recently bought another Honda st1300 which i really like, but throwing your leg over the ST is much different than the RT. The RT feels small in comparison, the suspension can be modified on the go with electronic suspension. It's a different world. Luxury the Honda st1300 still has it in spades, but if you want an agile, sport touring machine that you can throw around corners and not have to push that hard in a garage this RT is a bike for you. Clay mentioned that the older RT was also a great handler, and in comparison to the ST it was nimbler and could corner better. With the boxer engine the weight is much lower. The Honda ST1300 for example is a great bike with weight down low due to the gas tank and engine, but the boxer engine and suspension make it a tough bike to beat. The BMW R1200RT is a touring or sport touring motorcycle that was manufactured from 2005 to 2019 by BMW Motorrad to replace the R1150RT model. It features a 1,170 cc (71 cu in) flat-twin engine with a six-speed gearbox and shaft drive.
